Dr. Ineke A. Koele is a dual qualified attorney, tax lawyer and conciliator with more than 30 year experience serving both Private Clients and Non-Profits.

Her Dutch based boutique Koele Tax & Legal Perspecta advises private clients on their domestic and international estate, tax and succession planning as well as on philanthropic ambitions and family governance. In addition, she is internationally renowned for her work for Non-Profits which are either charitable, stewardship and/or impact driven.

Dr. Koele has written a Phd on a comparative and international study on both tax and legal aspects of Philanthropy. She is a Harvard-trained conciliator and mediator and is very successful in alternative dispute resolution, both in relation to the tax authorities as in wealth disputes.

Once the youngest Academy’s Fellow, she now is also Fellow of ACTEC, STEP and has been awarded Silver by Citywealth as the Global Advisor of the Year in the category Succession Planning/ Trusts in 2021. Ineke speaks on a regular basis on international conferences and publishes innovative articles in Dutch and international journals.
