Tim acts for domestic and international clients – individuals, trust companies and charities – advising and implementing estate planning and the establishment and administration of trusts. He also acts as counsel in estates and trust litigation. Tim is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and a prolific author on diverse topics relating to trusts and estates, including as co-author of The Law of Family Property (1991), Widdifield on Executors and Trustees and Canadian Taxation of Trusts (2016).
